Wagyu Liver

This is the second order of liver I made. First was very good and clean but this second batch was full of coagulated blood and have to be thoroughly clean again before cooking.

I don't usually comment on food after the purchase, but the beef liver did impress me as a person regularly buy organ meat from central market or local groceries. It's sweet and tendered after pan fried/ boiled it. I would def recommend to try it up and make your own cold plate for the summer in TX.
